This is an old game that used to be done on a lot of forums. Its from Timmy Malets tv show, however, it found it's way into forums because of the nature of how it works. Some forums have had over 10,000 posts like this before.
Your previous poster will have said something, and you have to repeat what they said, drop the first part, move the second part to the first, and say something related to the second. It's really cool to see where it goes. Here's an example
coffee : sugar
the next person would then say something like
sugar : chocolate
get the idea ?
